Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling client queries and correspondence, compiling monthly MIDAS reports and mail, processing of applications, and maintaining of client files (electronic and hard copy). Suzy's qualifications include Certificate III in Business Administration, a complete Personal Assistant Course and a complete Sales Person Course. Suzy is a fast learner and eager to be of assistance. These qualities and her strong interest in the industry ensure the smooth operation of our offices. |

He has since completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Wollongong University specialising in Accounting. During this time Ian has been involved in all areas of our firm in particular the Asset Management Department, being responsible for preparation of investment strategies, share trading, portfolio rebalancing and preparation of client investment reports. Ian still plays an active role in the Asset Management Department. As the Chief Financial Office, Ian is responsible for the monitoring of the firms financial activities including forecasting and reporting to the Management and Directors of the firm. |
